Cleveland Catholic Women's Conference

The 4th Annual Cleveland Catholic Women’s Conference will be held Saturday, October 15 from 9 AM to 3 PM at St. Albert the Great Parish, 6667 Wallings Rd, North Royalton, OH. As the conference will be celebrated on the feast day of St. Teresa of Avila, the chosen theme is her courageous reminder to us that “God Alone Suffices.” Speakers throughout the day include Lisa Lickona, a Catholic author, professor, and mother; Sr. Elizabeth Beussink, a Franciscan Sister, TOR; and Lindsay Fullerman, director of CLE based non-profit Fit From Faith. Fr. Damian Ference, Vicar of Evangelization for the diocese, will celebrate holy Mass at 11:30 AM. The day will conclude with Q & A with Most Rev. Edward C. Malesic, J.C.L., Bishop of Cleveland. Music will be provided throughout the day by Jeff Botos and Patricia Allerton from St. Mary Catholic Church, Hudson. The Cleveland Catholic Women’s Conference is dedicated to enriching the lives of women as they are inspired to grow in relationship with the Lord and each other. “We are grateful to have the opportunity to gather as a community of faithful women in Cleveland. We look forward to learning, praying, and worshipping together!” said Jen Ricard, conference chairperson and executive director of Theology of the Body Cleveland, the sponsoring organization of the conference. “We hope you can join us!” Registration opens on Monday, August 15 at www.clecatholicwomen.org. This year’s conference has limited capacity, so register early. Cost is $45 per person ($25 for students, free for religious.)
